Which State has the Highest Cigarette Tax?
I'm asking because Iowa has Just $1.36 Increase in Cigarette Tax, going from 42 to 17 In Tobacco sales, Its Supposed cover Hospital Costs, but I'm not Buying it.
What states Have Higher Cigarette Taxes then IOWA.

NJ as a state has the highest tax on tobacco $2.575 tax/pack
NY $1.50
NYC has an additional $1.50 so it's $3.00
