Is illegal to mail cigarettes from one state to another?
They are 1/3 the price in some states versus where I live. Can I have friends mail them to me?

I am not sure but the local hustler told me that he buys his cigarettes by the cartoon in NYC and has them mailed to him in Illinois and sells them by the single cig. HE MAKES A KILLER PROFIT!
