What is the material used in E-Cigarette tips?
I want to refill my own Blu electronic cigarettes, what is the cotton-like material used to soak up the nicotine in a cartridge?

You can use polyfil found at walmart or sewing stores. A bag of it will last you forever! Also people are using a filler for a fish filter Marineland size U - its blue and must wash it with a mild soap and rinse really well before using it because it may give a weird taste to your liquid at first.
