How To Get Cigarettes

How many cigarettes you can bring to Germany bought in Philippines?
I'm planning to bring cigarette to Germany but I'd like to buy it not in Duty Free stores so that I can save. I'd like to know how many cigarettes I can bring to Germany. I'll be travelling next week.

Every adult ( person 18 years + ) can bring 200 cigarettes from any non EU country regardless if they are bought duty free or in another country.
