What are the prices of cigarettes in Germany and what are other best buys?
I am travelling to Germany in Jan and wondered how much cigs cost? I also wondered what else would be cheaper to buy than in the UK?

You pay for a 17-pieces pack of Marlboro €4.00. This amounts to about £4.50 for 20 pieces. Other brands like West are a little bit cheaper, the big discount markets like Aldi or Lidl have their own brands which are cheaper again. They would be about £3.90 for 20 pieces.
