What All Is In Cigarettes

What type of Marlboro cigarettes would be least damaging to your health?
I know that all cigarettes are very bad and damaging to your health, but until I am ready to quit which is real soon, I'm researching the most effective ways of quitting smoking, I would like to know what type of Marlboro cigarette would be the least damaging. Thank you.

for the people posting lights or ultra lights.....light only refers to taste. it doesn't mean there is less tobacco or less nicotene or that they are "better" for you. it even says so on the packs!! this is why cigarette companies are having to change the names of their cigarettes by june 22. because people for some reason think that they're not as bad for you. camel has already changed their camel "lights" to camel blue..same with paul mall, and the rest are soon going to change. Just don't smoke them! as long as you keep smoking them, no matter what kind, they're equally as bad.
