ok so i really need to find an electronic cigarette that has NO nicotine and No harmful chemicals i am 23 and i want to smoke but o dont want to harm my body. My question is where can i find a cheap E cigarette to meat my standards above and my other question is do they make something you can fill with water and puff vapor? remember best answer will get 5 stars

I think what you are looking for is called a straw. The whole idea behind e-cigs is that they allow you to continue to get your nicotine fix, but without all the other chemicals found in normal cigarettes. They are certainly better for you than normal cigarettes, but they do contain nicotine, otherwise, what would be the point in using them at all? I have tried them and personally, they are a poor substitute for actual cigarettes. If you don't want nicotine, then your only real option is to not smoke at all, which, of course, is the most healthy and sensible choice.
