What is the best brand of cigarettes for a beginner?
I had my first cigarette when I was 14, and I really liked the taste of it. Now I'm 17 I decided to start smoking. I bought Marlboro menthol, but I really don't like the taste. What brand of cigarette can you recommend to me?



And please don't give me craps about smoking is bad. I just want to know what is the best brand.

Well, when I was a smoker, I smoked American Spirits. They can be strong. But I liked the taste. And they're additive free, which I liked (besides their menthol, they added menthol to it.) But that'll depend on your tolerance and your budget. Since they can be on the strong side, they can be heavy for someone starting out. But they have different types, so you might want a light or heavily filtered type. Research it before you go out and buy them, since they only really go by color. And last time I checked they went for a dollar over Marlboro packs.



But the classic starting cigarettes would be Marlboro reds. That's what I started on. So I'd recommend Marlboro Reds, and American Spirits.



And I have to at least touch on it, but I can't recommend smoking to a 17 year old. It can be a nasty habit that's hard to break. Especially starting so young. But, I guess you'd know that going in to it. I couldn't say I had a conscience if I didn't at least say that.
