What permits or licenses do I need to own a gift shop?
I'm buying a small gift shop that is located in the hotel lobby. I'm planning to sale cigarettes, smokes, medicines, candies, drinks, and other junk food, some clothings and souvenir gifts.
This hotel is located in Orange County, California. I've read that you need a sale permit and tabacco sale permit, what else do I need to run my business?

You probably also need a license from either County or the city the store is located in.
