Is it safe to use this product?
I bought a jar of wheat germ at a discount store and on the jar it says for US export only? Is it safe to use ?Is the standard for products lower for other countries?

I googled e-cigarettes and they are not allowed where I live and I found out that many countries surprisingly ban them or restrict them...or maybe have not yet looked into them !!!
