Are cigarettes donated to the shelters for homeless people?
I noticed a group of people smoking in front of our town's homeless shelter. They were definitely not staff members. Who would know if donations to this charity are used to purchase cigarettes?

Cigarette companies may donate faulty product to homeless shelters n order to receive a tax deduction, and to make themselves look reputable... but to answer your question plainly.
