Cigarette Smoking Etiquette

What would be some good etiquette for smoking?
Lets face it society isn't going to get rid of us smokers, but there might be a way that people who smoke could maybe look so bad. I am try to see if there is possibly a way that someone can smoke with good etiquette? What rules should there be to smoking, besides to ones already imposed(in bars and restuarants)

Well, for one, if there is anyone in your general vicinity that doesn't appreciate you smoking around them, go somewhere else. Also, don't throw your cigarette butts on the ground or out of your car window. And lastly, don't blow smoke in other people's faces, it's just not nice.
