Can you guys help me PLEASE for my kids?
So my kids keep asking me to quit smoking so I want to try and quit smoking, I smoked a butt at 11am Sunday morning and I really want to go buy a pack right know. Does anyone have any tricks or how did you stop smoking. PLEASE help

Have you heard of the new electronic cigarettes? There was a story about them on Yahoo about a week ago. I've been smoking for 30 years and have tried everything to quit smoking without any success.
