Cigarette Butt Pollution
Why aren't cigarette butts made from an organic substance ?
Most smokers just toss their cigarette butts on the ground , where ever they've been smoking.
Because the butts are made from a synthetic fibre they take years to decay. This causes a massive litter and pollution problem.
So why don't cigarette manufacturers at least do the one small environmentally sensible option of making cigarette buts that will quickly bio-degrade ?

They used to be, before sissies wanted filters built in. You could field-strip a cigarette and it would be gone in nothing flat.
