Blu Vapor Cigarette

Can someone find me an electronic cigarette with no nicotine or tobacco?
I'm looking for an electronic cigarette with no drugs like nicotine or tobacco or anything bad. I know there are ones with JUST water vapor and that's it. I don't care if the water doesn't have any flavor, its fine.

You can purchase any E-Cig and get no nicotine. When you buy cartridges for the E-Cig you can specify that you want 0 nicotine.

You can get their starter kit for about 65 bucks and they have a deal going right now that lets you have 25 cartridges for free with a starter kit. (You get to choose the strength of the nicotine level)

The only problem with Blu is that shiping might take a little while because their so hot right now.

A black starter kit will probably take 3-4 weeks and a white kit will probably take about 2 weeks.
