Cigarette Smoking Symptoms

Can cigarette smoke still cause people to have allergic symptoms even if i smoke outside?
ok my grandma is always bitchin that shes allergic to cigarette smoke an it makes her have nose bleeds an itchy eyes even though i go outside to smoke an i think its because she has her heat up to high an the air is dry wat do you guys think?

It is possible that it's the cigarette smoke. My suggestion if you really want to know is get her a humidifier because the air being dry can cause it too. If she is still getting nose bleeds and having itchy eyes then you know its coming from the cigarette smoke.
